There’s nothing like the fruitiness of rosé champagne to sip at a summer celebration. For that, Selfridges Selection turns to the Giraud-Hemart family. They have been making wine on the prized Ay Grand Cru terroir since the 17th Century, so you can bet this resulting cuvée has a story to tell. And it does. Such a delicate character comes from aging in small oak casks from the Argonne forest, followed by egg-shaped terracotta jars; cheers to that.
