Part of Waterford’s Single Farm Origin series, the Sheestown 1.1 single malt explores Ireland’s landscape and terroir in relation to barley and whisky. As the name suggests, it’s made from the Irina malted barley harvested from Lakefield Farm, County Laois. Matured for three years, seven months and slow double distilled it's rich with notes of freshly baked bread, chocolate, warm custard and tart rhubarb and apple.
