Specifications

Michel Delhommeau produces Muscadet from 28ha of almost pure rock at the end of the river Loire. Vinifying his plots separately, depending on soil type, gives him fantastic control over the winemaking process, and allows him to produce stunning examples of a wine that so often can be bland. Produced from a 3ha plot of limonite soil rich in iron ore, the Muscadet Symbiose has an attractive salinity and stone fruit character, wrapped up in lovely acidity.
