His innovative techniques were such a success that the brand introduced Pleats Please Issey Miyake in 1993, dedicating it to plissé pieces like these knitted trousers. Finished with fringe-like raw seams at the hems, the wide-leg pair has been heat-pressed with the brand’s signature wrinkle-resistant corrugations.
