In January 1981,
Bruno Paillard sold his vintage Jaguar to provide his fledgling company 50,000 francs of start-up capital. Today, the champagne house he created has become a byword for excellence, with a reputation for producing elegant wines. This Blancs de Blancs Réserve Privée Grand Cru champagne is fresh and bright with hints of green apple, citrus and flowery aroma. The palate is delicate and light with a gentle mousse supporting the citrus white peach, almond and pastry flavours.
