You'll find Chateau de Cèdre in Cahors, a "petite" town in Southern France famed for its deep red wines and - most notably - its vineyards of Malbec grapes (the region's native varietal, after all). The latter is the star of this cuvée, along with a slight percentage of merlot, and the two combine in a ruby elixir of dark and plummy hues, juicy black fruits on the nose and floral violets with deep chocolate to finish.
