The partnership between Mrs Walker and Mme Charbonnel (of the esteemed Parisian Maison Boissier chocolate house in Paris), cemented its place in confectionery history with a shop at 173 New Bond Street in Mayfair. To this day, Charbonnel et Walker truffles are handmade using many of Madame Charbonnel's traditional recipes. Available in a wide range of flavours - from salted caramel to gin liqueur - each truffle has the decadently rich aromas and textures that will have you reaching for more.
