Pleasing’s tagline encourages you to ‘Find your Pleasing’, an invitation to join the brand’s ever-evolving universe of playful beauty products and colourful clothing. This month, we’ve found our Pleasing, specifically at The Corner Shop, where you’ll find a pop-up space designed to celebrate the exclusive launch of the first-ever Pleasing fragrances: ‘Bright, Hot’, 'Rivulets' and ‘Closeness’.

A PLEASING PERFORMANCE
To complement Showtime! at Selfridges this Christmas, Pleasing has created an interactive Corner Shop space inspired by the theatre. Drawers open to reveal a selection of Pleasing nail polishes, including several exclusive new shades. You can also sample the fragrances at 'ticket' booths, where you’ll receive a paper ticket spritzed with the scent. Elsewhere in The Corner Shop, discover new colours and styles of Pleasing’s beloved sweatshirts, jogging bottoms, socks and hats, plus beauty products such as the Everybody Oil and Big Lip balm. Alongside the eau de parfums, each fragrance is also available as a scented candle.
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
Designed in collaboration with fragrance house Robertet, the scents are a continuation of all things Pleasing – fresh, imaginative and a little bit cheeky. ‘Bright, Hot’ feels like dozing in the sun on an endless afternoon. ‘Rivulets’ captures the feeling of an encounter with an enigmatic stranger at golden hour, while ‘Closeness’ conjures the intimacy of a tropical night, charged with hot breeze and sensuality. Designed with a curved base, the bottles rock gently back and forth, representing the constant motion of the creative mind, and drifting away into a dream-filled sleep.
