When wine titans Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild joined together to found Opus One, it caused ripples in the winery world. Settling in Cali, the two combined the traditional techniques of the great estates with innovative new practices, pouring their expertise and energy into creating the label's two eponymous Bordeaux's. The Opus One Overture is the second wine from the label and is brim-full of rich flavours, including cassis, blackberry, and black cherry.
