You will receive a quote for your bag depending on the condition it is in - these are the definitions of the conditions we will accept:
Excellent
This piece has barely been used and may show very faint marks. It has no other visible signs of wear.
Very Good
This piece has been used but has been maintained in very good condition. The item has not lost its original structure and shows only minor marks or scratches, with no significant wear, discolouration or stains.
Good
This piece has been used and has a few visible but minor signs of wear, e.g. slight loss of original structure, small scratches, minor stains/discolouration, or slightly faded/tarnished hardware.
