  • What is Selfridges Unlocked?

    Selfridges Unlocked is our membership programme. It is free to join and available to customers aged 18 or over. At every level of Selfridges Unlocked, your Key – a unique QR code – unlocks access to products, experiences and services: the ever-expanding Selfridges universe.

  • What is a Keyholder?

    A Keyholder is a customer who has signed up to Selfridges Unlocked and has access to a Key, which unlocks access to products, experiences and services.

  • What are keys?

    Every time you shop or spend time at Selfridges as a Keyholder, you can scan your Key to collect more keys. The more keys you collect, the closer you’ll get to reaching the next level of Selfridges Unlocked and enjoying even more perks.

    You will earn one key for every £50 you spend. You can also earn keys by visiting our in-store destinations: look out for the yellow check-in device at Selfridges restaurants, The Cinema at Selfridges, The Bowl, events and Concierge experiences. You can always speak to a Selfridges team member for help with collecting keys.

    When signed in on selfridges.com or the Selfridges App, you can view your key balance in the My Account section. Exclusions apply; see full T+Cs.

  • What is the difference between the Key and keys I collect?

    Your Key, or Selfridges Key, is the digital QR code you scan every time you shop or spend time with us. The keys you collect are the currency of the programme: the more you collect, the closer you’ll get to reaching the next level of Selfridges Unlocked and enjoying even more perks.

  • What are the levels, and how do I move up?

    As soon as you collect enough keys, you will move up to the corresponding level of Selfridges Unlocked. (Your key balance will update within 15 minutes of making an in-store purchase. For online purchases, your key balance will update within 15 minutes of the order being dispatched.)

    To remain at your current level, you must accumulate enough keys to requalify each year. 

    Our Selfridges Unlocked levels are as follows:

    • Level 1: 0–39 keys

    • Level 2: 40–99 keys

    • Level 3: 100–199 keys

    • Very Selfridges Person (VSP): 200+ keys

  • How do I join Selfridges Unlocked?

    Selfridges Unlocked is free to join and available to anyone aged 18 or over. You can become a Keyholder at any time. 

    To enjoy the perks and enable easy access to your Key once you’ve joined Selfridges Unlocked, set up a Selfridges account via the sign-up page here. During sign-up, you must provide a valid email address and create your password. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.

    If you were already signed up to Selfridges Unlocked before the programme changed, you’ll have been automatically enrolled in the new version of the programme..
