Made through sustainable farming (hello hand harvesting), this bottle of
Vieilles Vignes is dreamt up by winemaker
Daniel Bouland and made from 60-80-year-old vines grown in pure sandy, granite soils. Crafted in Southern Burgundy, France, it’s a dark Beaujolais red with earthy minerality, notes of buttery, vanilla-tinged oak, and a redcurrant and strawberry core. The palate opens up slowly to reveal cherry and long, lingering acidity.
