During her own search for swimwear, co-founder Heidi Gosman spotted a gap in the market for perennial pieces and joined forces with Penny Klein to launch the brand as a boutique in 2002. Two years later, the duo launched their in-house collection with a focus on expert cuts and impeccable fits.
