Rhubarb & Ginger Gin milk chocolate truffles 175g

Given that Prestat’s founder Master Chocolatier Antoine Dufour’s family invented the chocolate truffle in 1895, it’s fair to say it knows how to whip up an irresistible batch. Combining a French invention with a classic English tipple, it marries a milk-chocolate shell with a white chocolate ganache infused with sweet rhubarb and spicy ginger gin to create these truffles. Enjoy them accompanied by steaming cups of tea or bitter espressos.
