LOSS PREVENTION

Selfridges is a complex business, with many teams, brand partners and suppliers working together to create an extraordinary customer experience. That’s why our Loss Prevention & Procurement teams are so vital to our success: we need to have a full understanding of our business to ensure our decision making is ethical, commercial and sustainable. From improving systems to help prevent stock loss to working with suppliers to negotiate terms and deliver new sustainable initiatives, you’ll be helping us to drive positive change across a wide range of fast-paced projects.

PROPERTY AND STORE DESIGN

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can help create amazing destinations? Our Property & Store Design team own all new project builds – this includes everything from individual brand moves to the transformation of our stores. No two projects are the same, so whether you’re working as part of the Design, Facilities or Project Team, you’ll be making sure that Selfridges is always the place to be for awe-inspiring spaces.

From Design Coordinator to Facilities Manager, the Property & Store Design team is a fun and rewarding environment, where all areas work together to deliver the extraordinary to our customers – over 240 projects were completed last year alone!

SUSTAINABILITY

CREATIVE AND PHOTO STUDIO

From Creative Presentations to Editorial, Fashion Direction to the Photo Studio, our in-house teams conceptualise and create everything from headline-making creative campaigns to world-famous window displays and the fashion imagery you see on our website. It’s fast-paced, it’s hard work and you’ll need to think on your feet as we work together to push the boundaries of customer experience.

BUYING AND MERCHANDISING

With an encyclopedic knowledge of the industry and an eye on the ever-changing retail landscape, our Buying & Merchandising team keeps us at the forefront of fashion. Comprising over 80 talented, creative and analytically minded invididuals – from Allocators to Buyer Admins and Merchandisers – this collaborative team works to create an inspirational and ever-changing buy that is sustainable, exclusive and inspiring. From creating and presenting reports for trade meetings to travelling to meet with Designers, you’ll always be kept on your toes in Buying and Merchandising.

SUPPLY CHAIN

Our Supply Chain team ensures we are delivering the very best customer experience to over 130 countries and across all our four stores. This dynamic team is filled with proactive thinkers whose mission is to get products to our customers quickly, cost efficiently and with the high standard of service that our customers expect. At Selfridges, the Supply Chain team is crucial to evolving our shopping experience, helping us to be the first to market with exclusive product drops and delighting our customers with delivery options that make sense for their lifestyle. As someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will be working with lots of internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge and discover new solutions.
