The British cocktail-maker’s version of this legendary beverage is muddled together using small-batch Masons gin, black tea from Yorkshire, Pinot Noir Vermouth from The Asterley Brothers, a British Bitter Amaro from down the road in London and a splash of Cornish Morveren absinthe. Herbal, fruity and well-balanced, it’s at its best when chilled (aren’t we all?).
