Beginning its story in 1960 when the original
Dr. Martens 1460 8-eye boot was developed in Northamptonshire, the brand finesses its familar silhouettes this season. Instead of its usual heavy duty soles and chunky look, the
2976 zipped Chelsea boots offer a more streamlined structure and softer leather. Although new details feature here, (including the pair of zips at either side), we see the welted, air-cushioned sole still makes a welcome appearance.
