Preparation Instructions
Simply add:

2 large eggs
140g very soft butter
150ml milk
8 large muffin cases or 16 cupcake cases
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 conventional, 170 fan, Gas

2. Pop your cupcake cases on your baking tray
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until
a smooth dough is formed
4. Spoon the mixture in to the cases so they are
1/3 full
5. Bake for 20-23 minutes
6. Remove from oven, cool & eat
