Bonito del Norte is white tuna with exceptional flavour and texture, sustainably fished and hand packed into the glass jar in organic olive oil. Caught one by one with rod and line, this light, tender fish is full-flavoured but not too strong. That’s one way to throw in some alternative, authentic flavour to a casserole or spaghetti dishes.
