Loewe is always searching for new ways to mould bags into quirky shapes and this season the Madrid-based fashion house turns to the East – taking its cues from centuries-old bamboo vases made by Asian craftsmen (they were traditionally kept in homes to bring good luck and prosperity). Moulding the classic bucket bag frame to make it a little taller, the label celebrates the the delight of handcrafted woodwork by fitting a piece of polished bamboo in place of a top handle. (Height 21cm, width 25cm, depth 14.5cm)
