Now you’re in for a treat. These are the creations that made history for Artisan du Chocolat: No1 Original liquid sea salted caramels. Invented for Gordon Ramsay's menu at Claridge’s, they’re the first chocolates to be filled with an entirely liquid centre. This time, the tower is packed with fruit, herb and spiced fillings – you better eat them whole; once you take a bite, the creamy caramel will burst out.

<li>Ingredients: For N°1: dark chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin), milk chocolate (sugar, dried whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, soya lecithin, vanilla), caramel (sugar, glucose syrup, cream, butter, sea salt), cocoa powder; Dark chocolate min cocoa 70% . Milk chocolate min cocoa 35%, min milk 20%
