Bimber x Selfridges Matusalem sherry-finished single-malt whisky 700ml

Tradition lies at the heart of Bimber Distillery's methods, from the barley grown entirely on its own farm to the labour-intensive floor malting and hand mashing techniques. It's all worth it, though, as the result is this single-malt whisky – and we're lucky enough to have it exclusively bottled for us. One of 965 bottles, it's made from whisky matured for four years in American oak ex-Bourbon casks before it's finished in Matusalem sherry casks sourced from Gonzalez Byass in Spain.
