The Roty family has lived on the same estate since the 17th century, carefully tending to the ancient vines and clay soil that lines the land. It is for this reason that the fruits of the locale hold such rich tannins. Harvesting the pinot noir yield of 2019, the vineyard presses the Gevrey-Chambertin expression. Bursting with the characteristic French richness, this Burgundy red is a dry expression that pairs perfectly with dishes of duck and game, served during al fresco dinners under the region's warm sun.
