Travel 60 kilometers southeast of Turin and you’ll hit the vineyard of La Spinetta in Piedmont, where the Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia was masterfully produced. This bottle is fermented for around 3 months and made entirely from muscat grapes for a full-bodied flavour that’s fruity, and floral, and has a slight bitterness at the end. And if you’re debating which nibbles to pair with it, panettone and croutons with gorgonzola and pears are a safe bet.
