On the edge of a lake in the heart of Ireland,
Drumshambo’s creativity was brought to fruition at The Shed distillery. What's it called?
Gunpowder gin (presented here in a ceramic bottle). The dried Chinese green tea that lends its name to this spirit has been used since the Tang Dynasty in the 7th Century, but it’s mixed with botanicals foraged from across the world to complete its lightly spiced, bright citrus flavour. Serve over ice with a generous grapefruit wedge.
