- Application: gather hair at the nape of neck and secure into a low bun. Place elasticised section (back of the shower cap) over your gathered hair and pull up and over the top of your head towards forehead. For full coverage, tuck in any flyaway strands, adjust hairline to be covered, position over or under ears as you wish
