Application: for the first 60 days use 5 days per week. After 60 days use 2-3 days per week to maintain results. PREP: cleanse treatment area with an oil-free cleanser. Apply NuFACE Gel Primer in a mask-like layer to one treatment area at a time. TREAT: Smooth: Place the NuFACE Trinity with Wrinkle Reducer Attachment directly on skin of one of the 7 targeted areas. Hold in place until you hear the beep (3 minutes). Lift: apply NuFACE Hydrating Leave-on Gel Primer and glide the NuFACE Trinity with Facial Trainer Attachment over face and neck as directed. Target: apply Gel Primer and glide/hold the NuFACE Trinity with Effective Lip and Eye Attachment as directed. FINISH: massage in remaining Gel Primer for lasting skincare benefits
