From creating the first noise-cancelling headphones to automobile sound systems, Bose is more than just an audio supplier, but a pioneer that provides new solutions for the future of sound. Taking us back to where it all began, Amar Bose was fascinated by deconstructing electronics and discovering how each component works - hoping to one day invent his own. Opening up a radio repair service out of his family home, the young innovator would skip school every Friday to fix the local's transistors. From there, Bose was born. After earning enough money to buy his first speaker system in '56, the founder was left disappointed with its low-quality performance and limited volume. Thus, it became his mission to create stereos fixed with multiple speakers that bounced sounds from the walls.
