Friends Chris and George couldn’t find any beef jerky that was all three of being tasty, British-made and allergen free—so they decided to jump into the market and create their own. After months of tweaking recipes, Tuddy snacks was created (named after where they’re from: Tuddenham St Martin); each bag is free from the 14 major allergens and made from grass-fed beef. This Hoisin variety is marinated with salty sweetness and aromatic spices.
