Treat somebody special to Bruichladdich's Wee Laddie tasting collection. The Classic Laddie whisky is made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak. The texture is smooth and lively with both the oak and the grain. The texture of the Port Charlotte Islay Barley single malt scotch whisky is smooth, succulent and stimulating. This whisky is peated to 40 PPM, then distilled in December of the same year, this is a whisky of flawless provenance. The texture of the Islay Barley single malt whisky is rich and robust with the maltiness of the barley very much at the fore. Made with a painfully slow distillation to gently coax the delicate oils and flavour compounds from the barley, coupled with casks carefully selected to preserve those flavours, has resulted in a whisky of exceptional complexity.
