Simply heat 200ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave, milk frother or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 8 teaspoons of chocolate flakes and stir until melted through. OYou can also make iced chocolates and milkshakes with our flakes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger to your hot chocolate for a zingy hit, or try stirring through 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder for an earthy flavour and pale green colour.Jens says
