Now they run their own micro chocolate factory Ocelot in Edinburgh, sourcing the most ethical ingredients they can find and packaging it all in forest-friendly paper. They illustrate their own labels, too. This bar of 34% white chocolate is made from rich and creamy Swiss milk, infused with vanilla and hand-topped with flaky salted Marcona almonds.
