Ume No Yado is a brewery based in the Nara prefecture of Japan, which has been described as the cradle of the Japanese brewing industry. This sake is infused with Yuzu, an indiginous Japanese citrus fruit that seems to combine all of the best elements of lemon, lime and orange!
