Once crowned as the “Shoemaker to the stars”, Salvatore Ferragamo mastered the artisanal pursuit of finely-crafted footwear at age eleven as a cobbler’s apprentice, before founding his own company in the poetic city of Florence in 1927. Now, almost a century later, the label retains its Italian flair with pieces like this silk scarf.
