Château Ducru-Beaucaillou produces its wines in the St. Julien appellation of Médoc, in the South East vineyards near the village of Beychevelle. The ‘beautiful stones’ found in the clay and gravel-rich soils gave the vineyards their name and provide the perfect environment for growing cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes. Growing in the sun of 2010, this edition fuses notes of charcoal, black truffles and Asian spices on the nose with flavours of rich tabacco and cassis on the palate to create a deep and complex bordeaux.
