Manual harvesting and biodynamic processes define every bottle of wine by Olivier Leflaive, all implemented with the aim of letting the grape’s true nature shine. The Puligny-Montratchet white is made entirely from single variety chardonnay grapes and has been matured in French oak for 12 months before spending 6 months in a tank, and it's only very lightly filtered. A fruity palate is layered with a splash of mineral notes.
