If you’re looking for
Chartogne-Taillet – the source of this brut champagne – you’ll find it on the southern slopes of the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The Merfy vineyards were first planted in the Roman era, and the wines they produce speak of its history (if they’re good enough for the Royal table, they’re definitely good enough for you). For this vintage, peaches, ripe apples and fruit inform the light bubbles, lightening its distinctive taste.
