Malibràn produces several different styles of sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene and their Ruio prosecco has 17g/l residual sugar, giving it a lovely rich character balanced with the vibrant fruit. Apple and peach with rose and acacia and a citrus hint of lemon. Ideal with starters, it finely matches with legume soups and sea-food, pasta with delicate meat based sauces, young cheese and with meat, especially poultry.
