Ever wondered what goes on inside someone’s head? Well, The Conran Shop’s latest covetable find lets you do just that, well, almost. Inspired by the infamous Sicilian “legend of the heads” in which a scorned lover grows basil from her partner’s head, Italian designer Giacomo Alessi dreams up this vase. Handcrafted in Sicily from ceramic painted with the face of a woman and topped with a turban, it’s ready to be filled with everything from herbs to blossoming flowers.
