A sun-drenched granite slope that overlooks the medieval town was once host to an epic battle, but it’s now where you’ll find the estate’s vines. Fine and dry, this fruity Riesling opens with citrus and pear notes the nose that’s all underpinned by archetypal petrol aromas, leading to a crisp steely finish. Try it in the sun, served with fresh seafood.
