The history of Gaggia begins with one man (Achille Gaggia) and a single mission: to perfect the humble espresso. Patented in 1938, his coffee extraction method produced a cup that was topped with a characteristic cream texture, or “crema naturale”, which the brand’s Anima Deluxe coffee machine still recreates today. Kitted out with the Gaggia Cappucinatore device, not only does it let you change the intensity of your cup of joe, but perfect the froth for your cappuccino or latte too.
