West Midlands Distillery is proud of its Black Country heritage – as you can probably tell from B Rum's bottle, which showcases the historic waterways and canals of the region. But this white rum also takes inspiration from sunnier climes: specifically, the Caribbean, where it’s produced using unique wooden stills in Guyana before being transported to the heart of the West Midlands and re-distilled in copper stills. The result? A fabulous sipping tipple with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and passionfruit.
