In 1961,
Junghans invited Max Bill, a Bauhaus-educated artist, architect and product designer from Switzerland, to design a range of watches. The ensuing collection was such a success for the German watch manufacturer that they are still in production today. Designed for clarity and precision, the watch has a silver dial and a date window at three o'clock. It's finished with a Milanese bracelet.
