After upping roots in Jamaica when he was a teen, Mateo founder Matthew Harris went on to discover his passion for jewellery-making in NYC. Cast in 14-carat yellow gold that gleams like the lights on Broadway, the Initial R necklace is a testament to Harris’s pursuit of perfection – chasing the American Dream and finding stellar success. A minimalist design with diamonds totalling 0.15 carats, it nods to the MOMA, the Guggenheim and Fifth Avenue.
