    Flick through a Japanese recipe book and chances are you’ll spot sesame oil in plenty of them. The traditional ingredient is stirred into salads and drizzled over stir fries of all kinds, adding a distinctive nutty flavour, as well as those all-important sesame aromas. NOJO makes its version gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly and free from artificial flavourings (now, that’s a list), all from a small start up in North London. What you got cooking?
