70 acres of rolling hills in East Sussex is home to Tillingham, a mixed farm that, as well as fruit trees and livestock, is home to rows of vines that are grown using a biodynamic approach to promote wider ecological diversity. The brand’s PN21 is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir varietals that are whole bunch pressed before being fermented in stainless steel. Easily quaffable, it offers stewed rhubarb, rose, sherbet and raspberries on the nose.
