The Lace candle from Andrej Urem’s AU Collection is part candle, part art. The intricate piece could be inspired by intricate lace patterns, by boxes, by milk bubbling into froth or by the universe’s tiniest things seen under a microscope. Whatever lays behind it, the way light plays around the ridges of this candle is beautiful. It’s handmade in Brooklyn from organic soy wax blended with beeswax and lead-free cotton wicks.
