Now, here’s a champagne house with heritage. Founded in 1838, no less, by wine merchants William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann,
Deutz is nestled in the Aÿ region and it’s the producer of the
Classic Brut NV. Through the bubbles you’ll get sweet and fruity flavours: notes of marzipan, ripe berries and buttery toast, to be precise. As you can imagine, it's delicious on its own – but pairs just as well with shellfish and berries, too.
