Paul Giraud’s Napoleon Cognac is one for any drinks’ cabinet worth its salt (and a twist of lemon). Presented in a traditional bottle, this 1er Cru de Cognac from 1999 is referred to as a Brut de Fût, meaning that its alcohol level reduced to its bottling ABV naturally over the years in the cellar, without any water being added. This celebratory cognac was selected for the bottler Vetlier on its 70th birthday and offers orchard fruit and oak on the palate.
