It's been sixty-five years since
Gucci's first loafer was created, and so it's no surprise that its latest, the Etoile, is just as much of an homage to jet-setting, laidback luxury. Crafted in Italy to a traditional slipper-cut, leather has been replaced by sumptuous velvet – and the ostentatious details don't stop there. At the toe, there's a flourish of faux-pearls, crystals and the label’s iconic bee emblem sat atop the famous grosgrain ribbon.
